My room was a spacious Palace Luxury Room with a balcony that perfectly framed the river and surrounding landscapes. I loved enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony, soaking in the serene atmosphere. The hotel's architecture captures the elegance of the British colonial era, making you feel like you're stepping back in time. The pool area was a great place to unwind, with attentive service ensuring I had everything I needed. I did notice some inconsistencies with service during my stay. While the reception and cleaning staff were exceptional, I faced some frustrations at breakfast. On my last day, I was asked to change tables, which felt unnecessary considering the circumstances. A five-star hotel should ensure that guests feel comfortable at all times. Additionally, the security staff approached me in a not-so-friendly way, questioning my presence. These experiences detracted slightly from my stay, but overall, the comfort and beauty of the hotel made it a memorable visit.

the views from my luxury king room with terrace and river view were absolutely breathtaking, and it was just a pleasant stroll to spots like the international museum of nubia and beautiful feryal garden right nearby aswan is a perfect city for weekend walks, offering so many lovely landmarks to explore and relax in the parks.
